Siôn Jones

Equitix

Siôn joined Equitix in July 2010. He oversees the manager’s portfolio of funds and is a member of the Investment Committee. Siôn heads the monthly Asset Management meetings with the Equitix SPV Board Directors and in turn reports into the monthly Investment Committee performance reviews. He is responsible for maximising asset performance and optimising corporate cash flows. Siôn sits on the board of a number of portfolio assets including High Speed One, Birmingham Highways, Sheffield Highways, Gwynt-y- Mor OFTO, Humber OFTO, Greater Gabbard OFTO and Thanet OFTO. Siôn brings over 19 years of industry experience to the team. Prior to joining Equitix, Siôn was a partner at King Sturge where he was responsible for asset and project company management, including assets partially owned by EF I. Siôn established the Corporate Finance division of King Sturge with responsibility for creating institutional and private equity real estate investment vehicles. Siôn has also worked for Arthur Andersen in the Specialist Finance Group, and for Standard and Poor’s in the Fund Research department. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an Investment Management Certificate and a Certificate in Securities from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
